This lip balm is designed for lips that need moisture. Living in a dry climate (Colorado) I am in constant need of moisture for my lips! My lip balms are made using only natural oils and beeswax, some are flavored with lip-safe fragrance oil and/or essential oil. I never use petroleum or mineral oil in any of my products.
