Shimmering deep hued Blue Mineral Eyeshadow is a perfect for women with light skin and dark eyes, or women with dark skin and dark eyes. This eyeshadow has great shimmer and shine, this is a color that cannot be missed. This is slightly darker than "Blue Monday" with more sparkle too!

You can use this eyeshadow dry, or wet (known as foiling) to use wet, add a small amount into the cap of the container, dampen your brush and swirl into the eyeshadow in the cap. Foiling will create a more dramatic look.
If using wet, be sure to clean the cap with a dry tissue prior to recapping so as not to introduce bacteria into the eyeshadow.
