Shimmering medium hued Blue Mineral Eyeshadow is a perfect for women with light skin and dark eyes, or women with dark skin and dark eyes. This eyeshadow has great shimmer and shine, this is a color that cannot be missed.

You can use this eyeshadow dry, or wet (known as foiling) to use wet, add a small amount into the cap of the container, dampen your brush and swirl into the eyeshadow in the cap. Foiling will create a more dramatic look.
If using wet, be sure to clean the cap with a dry tissue prior to recapping so as not to introduce bacteria into the eyeshadow.
