Champagne Mineral Eyeshadow is a light, matte color, that is excellent as a highlight right under the brow line. This is also great for lids when you want just a hint of color.

You can use this eyeshadow dry, or wet (known as foiling) to use wet, add a small amount into the cap of the container, dampen your brush and swirl into the eyeshadow in the cap. Foiling will create a more dramatic look.
If using wet, be sure to clean the cap with a dry tissue prior to recapping so as not to introduce bacteria into the eyeshadow.
